probet88 Complete FAQ

We have compiled the most frequently asked questions by probet88 members in Malaysia by category. If you can't find the answer you're looking for, our support team is available via Live Chat 24/7.

Registration & Account

The probet88 registration process takes less than 3 minutes. Click the Register at the top of the website or app, fill in the required details including your username, active Malaysian phone number, password, and preferred currency (MYR). Verify your phone number via the OTP sent by SMS, and your account is ready to use immediately. No documents are required for initial registration — KYC verification is only needed when you make your first withdrawal.

The minimum age to register and play on probet88 is 18 years old. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. During the KYC verification process, your age will be confirmed via a valid identity document. Any account found to have been registered by an underage individual will be closed immediately and the remaining balance returned after investigation. probet88 is committed to responsible gambling practices.

No. probet88 only allows one account per individual, IP address, phone number, and banking details. Holding multiple accounts violates our Terms and Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being suspended with balances forfeited. If you are having trouble accessing an existing account, please contact our support team and we will help you regain access safely.

For KYC verification, you will need to provide clear images of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) — both front and back — or a valid passport. You will also need to take a selfie while holding the document. Additional documents such as a bank statement or utility bill may be requested as proof of address. The review process is typically completed within 24 business hours.
Deposits & Withdrawals

probet88 supports a wide range of popular deposit methods in Malaysia, including FPX (online bank transfer), DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, MAE, and direct bank transfers to local accounts. All deposits are processed instantly and funds are credited to your account within 5 minutes. No processing fees are charged for deposits using any of the listed methods.

The minimum deposit on probet88 is RM20 for most payment methods, while the maximum limit depends on your chosen method and account level. As a general guide, bank transfer deposits can reach up to RM50,000 per day. These limits can be increased as your account advances to a higher VIP tier. For the latest limits on a specific method, check the Wallet section in your account.

Withdrawals at probet88 are processed quickly — most requests are completed within 15 minutes of approval. For your first withdrawal, the process may take slightly longer due to the required KYC verification. eWallet withdrawals such as Touch 'n Go and GrabPay are typically faster than bank transfers. All withdrawals are processed 24/7, including public holidays.

There are several common reasons why a withdrawal request may be rejected: your account has not completed KYC verification, bonus wagering requirements have not been met, the bank account holder's name does not match your probet88 account name, or there is suspicious activity on your account. Check the notifications in your account to find the specific reason and the steps to take. Contact Live Chat support if you need further assistance.
Bonuses & Promotions

New probet88 members are eligible for a 100% first deposit bonus of up to RM288. This means if you deposit RM200, you will receive an additional RM200 as a bonus, bringing your total balance to RM400 to play with. This bonus is available to all new members who register and make their first deposit within 7 days of registration. Rollover requirements must be met before withdrawals are permitted.

The rollover requirement is the total amount of wagering you must reach before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash. For example, if the rollover is set at 20x and your bonus is RM100, you must place bets totalling RM2,000 (RM100 × 20) before that bonus can be withdrawn. All rollover progress can be tracked in the Bonus section of your account. It is advisable to read the terms of each promotion before claiming it.

Yes, probet88 offers a variety of ongoing promotions for loyal members — including daily reload bonuses, weekly rebates of up to 5% across all game types, monthly cashback, and exclusive offers sent directly to VIP members' accounts. The probet88 VIP loyalty program rewards you with greater benefits as your activity level increases. Check the VIP for more information on the benefits available at each membership tier.
Games & Wagering

probet88 offers over 1,000 games across a wide range of categories: video slots from leading providers such as Pragmatic Play, Playtech, and Habanero; live casino tables with real dealers from Evolution Gaming and SA Gaming; sports betting covering football, badminton, tennis, and esports leagues; online poker; number games such as 4D and Toto; and casual arcade games. All games can be played instantly without any download via your web browser or the probet88 app.

Yes. All games at probet88 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by independent third-party auditors. This ensures every slot spin, card hand, or dice roll is completely random and cannot be manipulated by anyone — including probet88 itself. The RTP (Return to Player) value for each slot is listed in that game's information section. Live casino games are streamed in real time from internationally licensed studios.

Most slot games on probet88 are available in demo mode, allowing you to try them without using real money. This is the best way to understand game mechanics, payout patterns, and special features before betting with real money. However, Live Casino games and Sports Betting are only available in real-money mode. Log in or free account registration for full access to demo mode.
Security & Privacy

All data transmitted between your device and probet88's servers is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used by major banks in Malaysia. Your personal data is stored on secure servers with strict access controls. probet88 never sells or shares members' personal information with third parties without your consent, unless required by law. Read Privacy Policy for the full details.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, immediately change your password and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via Security Settings. End all unrecognized active sessions from the same section. Then contact the probet88 support team via Live Chat immediately. Our security team will investigate account activity and take the necessary steps to protect your account, including freezing suspicious transactions if required.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account by requiring an OTP sent to your registered phone number each time you log in from a new device. To enable it, log in to your account, go to Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication, then follow the steps to verify your phone number. Once 2FA is active, even if someone knows your password, they still cannot log in without the OTP.
Mobile App

Since betting apps are not available on the Google Play Store, you will need to download the APK file directly from the probet88 website. Go to the Download, click the "Download Android" button and open the downloaded APK file. Before installing, you need to allow installation from unknown sources in your phone settings (Settings → Security → Unknown Sources). The APK file is approximately 45MB and is compatible with Android 6.0 and above.

Yes, the probet88 app is available for iOS devices (iPhone and iPad) running iOS 13.0 or later. The installation process differs slightly from Android — you will need to follow the dedicated guide provided on the Download. After installation, you may need to trust the developer profile under Settings → General → Device Management before the app can be launched. Alternatively, you can also access probet88 via Safari and save it to your home screen as a Web App.

Try the following steps in order: (1) Fully close and reopen the app. (2) Check your internet connection — try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data. (3) Clear the app cache under Settings → Apps → probet88 → Clear Cache. (4) Make sure you are using the latest version of the app — re-download it from the Download if necessary. (5) Restart your phone. If the issue persists, contact our technical support team via Live Chat with your phone model and operating system version for further assistance.
